The future lies with our cities.
By 2030, the UN estimates 60% of the world population will be living in urban areas, leaving the rural population a minority. Not only do cities generate high social and environmental impact in the world, cities are spaces that trigger solutions to meet the main challenges of the century.
In the Philippines, the urban population is expected to grow to 65% by 2050. And who will be leading this change? The youth. In Metro Manila alone, the youth represents half of the population.
Can you imagine what will happen if we equip our young people with the skills, tools, and social capital to trigger positive transformations in our cities?
